What is the minimum order?
Our minimum first order is ₹15,000. Reorders have no minimum.
Are shipping charges included in the order price?
No, Shipping charges are not included and will be paid by the buyer. We’ll share the final shipping charges with you once your order is ready to dispatch.
How do I get trade pricing?
Apply for a trade account. Once approved, log in and prices appear across the site.
What payment options do you offer?
All orders are paid online at checkout — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through our secure payment gateway. Orders are confirmed and dispatched once payment is complete.
How long does dispatch take?
In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. Large or custom orders are confirmed with a dispatch date.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in the cart and it will appear on your tax invoice.
What is your returns policy for trade orders?
Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge when reported within 7 days of delivery. Unsold stock is not returnable.
